Two-night stay at Shining Dawn Bed & Breakfast for two
- Delicious "No Tricks all Treats" Halloween seasonal breakfasts for two each morning
- A copy of Spooky York, Pennsylvania by Scott D. Butcher and Dinah Roseberry. This book covers York County and the City of York detailing a self-guided walking ghost tour of York by the city's own ghost whisperer. Over 50 haunted locations and stories (a $14.99 value).
- Two complimentary tickets to the original Ghosts of Gettysburg Walking Tour (A $20.00 value subject to availability)
- For laughs you can also view our copy of Dead and Breakfast, a 2004 comedy horror movie featuring the late David Carradine.
- Complimentary hot apple cider, spiced cookies and candy treats will be available anytime between 3pm-8pm during your stay.  Complimentary soft drinks, hot and cold bottled water, a wide variety of teas as well as UTZ and Snyder of Hanover snacks will also be available anytime throughout your stay.
- Add two "Scream Pass" tickets for ALL 3 attractions, plus entertainment area at Field of Screams for an additional $35, (A $56.00 value! Please note that the Field of Screams park is open Friday through Sundays in September and October. Refunds can be given for inclement weather)
Public Halloween events in Hanover
- Saturday, October 20th at 2:00p.m. The Hanover Historical Society will host a Halloween program for children up to age 10. Parents should accompany children and come in their favorite costume. Everyone should enjoy an afternoon of storytelling, magic and fun with some special treats. The event will be held at the Warehime-Myers Mansion.
- Hanover Area Jaycees Annual Halloween Parade. Bands, floats, marching groups, antique vehicles, and costume entries come to Hanover for participation. The parade begins 7:30 p.m. and ends around 10:00 p.m. Thursday October 25th.
- Learn some facts about Hanover while looking for ghosts! The Historical Society of Hanover will be conducting Ghost Walks from the Warehime-Myers Mansion at 6:00 p.m. on Friday October 26th & Sunday October 28th. Walks last about two hours. Participants are asked to dress warmly, wear comfortable shoes and bring a flashlight or lantern. The Tour will be stopping by Emmanuel U.C.C. Church for some spirit-ual uplifting and for a little Halloween music. Cost is $5 per person.
- Saturday, October 27th at 7:30p.m., The Hanover Historical Society will be hosting a Halloween costume party at the Warehime-Myers Mansion. Musical entertainment by Lucinda Graybill, fun and refreshments. Cost is $13.00 per person.
